I used to hate
my body. Now I'm
learning to honor it.

I grew up as an atheist. My relationship with my body was built on punishment: extreme diets, training to shrink myself, chasing a number that never made me feel like enough.

Later, I found the gym and built real strength. But I was still doing it only for how I looked. I stopped weighing myself constantly, and started comparing myself to other women in the mirror instead. God still wasn't part of it.

Everything changed when I finally put God at the center. I stopped chasing a number and started chasing strength. I started challenging myself, not only physically but mentally, and learning to honor my body instead of fighting it.

Now I help other Christian women make that same shift. From punishment to purpose. From comparison to strength.
